I’ve got a lot of time for Brussels. They seem to have everything the right way round over there: beer is a classy drink, comics are like the new rock and roll, and don’t even get me started on the waffles. There are dozens of comic shops in the city, and all the comics published over there are treated with a huge amount of respect (including US reprints). It’s not just in the shops though, they love comics so much they’ve even painted them over their buildings! The last six photos below are from the excellent Centre Belge de la Bande Dessinee.
